Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions across Bakewell. You will run autonomous ANP-led clinics in primary care settings, with full clinical autonomy and consistent working environments.

Responsibilities include advanced assessments, triage, and safe prescribing within your scope, in GP, urgent care or community settings. DBS clearance and strong communication are essential, with flexible weekday, evening or weekend bookings.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
• Autonomy in new environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

This role offers structured sessions within established primary care clinics, giving you full autonomy over your clinical practice while maintaining consistency in your working environment.

You will deliver advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations and support routine patient demand within well-supported GP and community services. Each clinic provides clear pathways, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings
