Job summary

Gtd Healthcare Limited is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Gordon Street Medical Centre in Greater Manchester. The role is 15 hours per week (Wednesday and Friday, 08:00–18:30).

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care, with 15-minute appointments and protected clinical admin time. You will join a supportive organisation offering strong clinical governance, an in-house academy for development, and opportunities to focus on specialist interests,

Qualifications

• Requires MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and non-medical prescribing qualification.
• We expect strong leadership and a collaborative, patient-centred approach.
• Experience in primary care or unscheduled care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical assessments, diagnostics and management for patients.
• Prescribe independently within scope of practice and safety guidelines.
• Lead on service development, governance and quality improvement within the practice.
