Job summary

gtd healthcare is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work at Gordon Street Medical Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne. The ACP will deliver safe, effective, patient-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will manage acute and routine presentations, undertake assessments, prescribe independently and contribute to service development. The role offers 15 hours per week (Wed & Fri 08:00-18:30) in a values-led, not-for-profit organisation with strong clinical governance

Qualifications

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
• Experience as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner delivering safe, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

£57,625 to £71,281 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience, yearly salary increments, NHS Pension provider. We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team and work in a well established practice, Gordon Street Medical Centre. You will be supported by strong clinical leadership and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The hours for this role are 15 hours per week, to be worked on Wednesday and Friday between 08:00 and 18:30. Our practice serves a diverse, multi cultural population across Ashton - a community known for its resilience, warmth and strong neighbourhood identity. Many of our patients experience socio-economic challenges and complex health needs, offering a varied and rewarding clinical caseload where your work makes a genuine difference.

You will benefit from 15-minute appointments as standard, allowing time to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, alongside protected clinical administration time to support effective workload management. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative practice team, working closely with a wider multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to a varied patient population.
