Job summary

Hull City Council is recruiting for a part-time Activity Organiser within Adult Social Care. The post is permanent, Grade 4, pro rata, with a salary of £17,141 – £17,691 per year.

The role requires working within Hull’s Adult Social Care to support individuals to lead a fulfilling life, following person-centred plans and least restrictive practice. The post emphasises safeguarding, personal care, meal support, activities planning and collaboration with families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Direct support to vulnerable adults
• Medication administration following policy
• Record keeping and reporting health needs
• Promote dignity, privacy and independence
• Plan and deliver person-centred activities

Responsibilities

• Promote and safeguard the welfare of residents.
