Job summary

Hull City Council seeks a Part-time Residential Care Leader to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will lead a shift, supervise staff, and ensure safe, person-centred care in a 20-hour-per-week role pro rata.

The post requires an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent, the ability to work rota patterns, and a commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care. Salary is pro rata £17,040–£18,506 with benefits and training.

• Experience in care or support setting with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and safeguard welfare of adults.
• Lead a shift and supervise staff on duty.
• Conduct supervisions, performance and probation reviews.
• Develop risk assessments and care plans.
• Lead medication administration supervision and stock control.
• Ensure policies meet CQC standards and complete records.
