Peregrine House in Tottenham, part of Gold Care Homes, is seeking a part-time Activities Coordinator for 25 hours per week. The role involves planning and organising daily and evening activities for all residents, with flexibility for outings and events.

You will support social, intellectual and spiritual well-being, help residents participate, maintain records with the care team, and contribute to a warm, person-centred home environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan daytime and evening activities for residents.
• Deliver high-level personal and social care in a professional manner.
• Coordinate the activities programme with other services in the home.
• Maintain records and agree types of documentation with the manager.
• Encourage resident participation and document outcomes.
• Support all team members to ensure smooth daily routines.
