Exemplar Health Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator for Acer Mews care home in Ashton-under-Lyne. You will plan and lead meaningful activities to empower residents to live fulfilled lives, coordinating individual plans and group sessions.

You will encourage inclusion, creativity and community engagement, while working with a supportive team to ensure person-centred care and ongoing development opportunities.
