Job summary

Exemplar Health Care’s Acer Mews care home in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking an Activities Coordinator. You will plan and deliver meaningful activities for residents, tailoring plans to individual goals and interests, and help them stay engaged and independent.

You’ll run group sessions, support community involvement, celebrate special days, and encourage hobbies and new learning. We value creativity, warmth and a person-centred approach, with a thorough induction and ongoing training from our
