Job summary

IPL, Forza and Kober Foods is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Finance Team on a 24-hour per week schedule, Monday to Friday. You will process invoices, support supplier queries and reconcile accounts to ensure timely payments.

This role suits someone with experience in high-volume environments, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. FMCG exposure is advantageous, and collaboration with other teams will be key to maintaining robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused role.
• Ability to liaise with colleagues from varying Departments with confident telephone manner.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices promptly on the Prophet system.
• Support Team Leader with debit balances and aged creditors investigations.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to resolve queries quickly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Team Leader.
• Investigate supplier demand letters to reach resolutions.
• Handle supplier emails and calls and reconcile statements.
• Enforce financial controls per department processes.
