Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA or healthcare experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! Work at one clinic facility daily with a daytime schedule, 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

No nights or weekends; occasional meetings extend to 5:00 PM. Starting pay is $18–$19 per hour with semi-annual raises and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or higher) required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to daily clinic.
• No prior ABA or healthcare experience required; paid training provided.
• Willing to undergo 40-hour RBT training and certification as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care and therapy to children with ASD.
• Record session data and progress notes using clinic tablet.
• Support a safe, engaging clinic environment and participate in data-driven coaching.
