Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support clients with ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, track progress, and document data while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
