Fletcher George is recruiting a Part Qualified Accountant to join its Accounts and Business Services team in Woking, Surrey. You will handle a varied client portfolio with direct client contact and help progress toward qualification.

This role offers study support, flexible working, mentoring, and real opportunities for long-term progression as you build technical and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA part qualified and committed to completing your professional qualification
• Experience within a UK accountancy practice
• Good experience preparing statutory accounts
• Exposure to management accounts, VAT and cloud-based accounting software
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Keen to develop your technical knowledge and take on greater responsibility

Responsibilities

• Preparing statutory accounts under FRS 102 and FRS 105
• Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
• Assisting with corporation tax computations

• Developing greater responsibility for client work as your experience grows

Fletcher George is working with an established independent accountancy practice in Woking, recruiting a Part Qualified Accountant to join its growing Accounts and Business Services team.

This opportunity will appeal to an active studier who wants more than a routine accounts preparation role. You will gain direct client contact from the outset, work with a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and develop the technical and commercial skills needed to become a confident, well-rounded accountant.
