Addington Ball in Leamington Spa is seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join a forward-thinking practice. You will build client relationships and take ownership of a broad range of financial tasks, not just routine compliance.

The role offers a fully funded study support package, a 2pm Friday finish, 22 days holiday plus Christmas closure, pension and private healthcare, plus regular team events in a modern office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
• AAT qualified and/or actively studying towards ACA (ICAEW) or ACCA qualifications.
• IT skills including Excel and any accounts software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks etc).
• High levels of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse range of clients, providing guidance and advice to clients.
• Financial Year-end accounts, ensuring relevant financial reporting standards are adhered to.
• Preparation of year-end accounts, management accounts and bookkeeping.
• Completion and submission of VAT & CIS returns.
• Other ad hoc all round accounting tasks.
