Job summary

ASPA KST in London is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join its team. You will work with our senior architects and design team on projects from concept through to delivery, across residential, commercial and public sectors.

This role offers a collaborative, international studio, exposure to varied scales and opportunities to develop technical, design and professional skills, with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• A degree in architecture and Part II qualification (or equivalent)
• Master's degree in architecture or interior design is desirable
• Proficiency in Rhino, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design and visualisation skills with a good eye for detail
• A genuine interest in contemporary architecture, sustainable design and built environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of projects across residential, commercial, healthcare and public sectors
• Produce drawings, 3D models, visualisations and presentations
• Research materials, technologies, regulations and sustainable design approaches
• Participate in site visits and client meetings, translating observations into design development
• Contribute ideas during design reviews, workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Work alongside experienced architects, engineers and designers to evolve ideas into built projects
• Keep up to date with emerging architectural trends and digital tools
• Take increasing ownership of your work as experience grows
