Job summary

ASPA KST in London is seeking an Architectural Designer or Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of our growing portfolio. You will work with an international team, taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

The role emphasizes design ambition, coordination with specialists, and responsibility for your work, with opportunities to shape projects from early ideas to finished buildings.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
• Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is desirable.
• Strong design thinking with ability to develop ideas from concept to detailed design.
• Proficiency in Rhino, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is desirable.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development of projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, retail, workplace and public sectors.
• Take ownership of defined areas of projects and supporting their progression through different RIBA stages.
• Produce and coordinate high-quality drawings, 3D models, visualisations, presentations and technical information.
• Work collaboratively with senior architects, consultants, engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Support the development of design concepts while ensuring that proposals respond to practical, technical and environmental considerations.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, workshops and presentations.
• Attend site visits and support the team during construction and project delivery.
• Research materials, technologies, regulations and sustainable design strategies.
• Help coordinate information and ensuring design intent is maintained as projects progress.
• Contribute to the wider creative culture of the studio and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Staying curious about emerging architectural approaches, technologies, materials and evolving role of architecture.
