Archer Humphryes Architects, an award-winning leading architectural and interior design practice known for its high-end hospitality projects and refurbishment of historic buildings, is currently seeking a Part 3 qualified architect to join its team in London.

Required skills and qualities:

1. Strong construction and technical detailing experience
2. Ability to produce full detailed design tender packages (please include examples within your portfolio if possible)
3. Knowledge of UK building regulations is expected
4. Experience in NBS specifications is essential
5. High-end hospitality and residential interior experience
6. Proactive, communicative, and able to work well both within a team and individually
7. Good command of written and verbal English
8. Experience using Vectorworks is preferred

As a guide, applicants should have a minimum of three years' experience in RIBA Stages 4/5 and at least five years’ work experience within a UK practice.
