Architect

Location: London

Reference: SFLON2596

Salary: £40-50,000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a talented Architect to join a RIBA-chartered, London-based studio. The team work across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use residential, workspace and one-off residential projects. The collaborative practice has two studios and are committed to providing exceptional creative designs for every client.

The role:

  • Deliver high-quality design and technical information across all project stages
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
  • Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, statutory authorities and contractors
  • Prepare CAD drawings, 3D visuals and hand sketches
  • Produce detailed specifications and construction packages
  • Contribute to the creative and technical development of projects

Experience:

  • Significant UK-based post-Part 3 experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK construction methods and detailing
  • Experience in refurbishment, conservation and contemporary new-build projects
  • Understanding of Building Regulations and planning procedures
  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D visualisation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of NBS specification writing
  • Able to manage deadlines effectively
  • Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
