Location: St Albans

Salary: £27-31,000

I am working with a forward-thinking practice in St Albans who are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team. The practice has a rich history and a key focus on sustainability. They have a range of repeat clients, and the team consistently exceeds expectations.

The role:

• Supporting project leads across all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
• Producing design and technical drawings to a high standard

• Contributing to a positive studio environment and mentoring newer team members

Requirements:

• Sufficient post-Part 2 experience in a UK-based practice
• Full, clean UK driving license
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
