A fun studio, described as up-and-coming with a fabulous culture of diversity and a lack of ego, is looking to expand their close-knit team of 25 with a Part II or newly qualified Architect experienced in large-scale residential developments.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, energetic environment and has a strong background in large-scale residential developments across design phases 0-3.

Must haves:

• Experience with Pre-Application and Planning application process.
• Good design and graphic ability.
• Familiarity with UK building regulations, London Plan, and SPGs.
