Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: St Albans

Salary: 27-31,000

I am working with a forward-thinking practice in St Albans who are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join the team. The team have a rich history and have a key focus on sustainability within the practice. The practice has a range of repeat clients and the team always exceed expectations.

The role:

• Supporting project leads across all RIBA stages, from early concept to completion
• Producing design and technical drawings to a high standard
• Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors as part of a collaborative team
• Assisting with project management tasks to help ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Contributing to a positive studio environment and mentoring newer team members

Requirements:

• Sufficient experience post-Part 2 in a UK-based practice
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Excellent working knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Good organisational and communication abilities
• A proactive, team-focused mindset
