Job summary

AJC Recruitment Limited in Bristol seeks a Part 2 accredited architectural assistant to join an established practice. You will develop planning submissions and technical information as projects progress, working closely with a director at construction stages.

You will attend site meetings with clients, bring a flair for design, and progress towards chartership with support for mentorship and development. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Excellent Bristol location.

Qualifications

Job description

They are an established architectural consultancy who opened in Bristol 10 years ago who also have a long standing head office in Hampshire. They work across a mix of residential, conservation and commercial developments with a big client base and now need a Part 2 in Bristol.

You will work closely with a director at construction stages of projects and attend site meetings with clients. In this varied position you will put together planning submissions and technical information as projects progress.

We are looking to speak with Part 2 accredited candidates who are looking to continue their pathway to charter ship. You will have a 'flair for design' with at least a year of working in a UK practice. AutoCAD and Adobe creative suite experience are needed

They work in one of Bristols nicest suburbs just two miles outside the centre in a desirable location with many amenities. The company has a low staff turnover and a good track record in the mentorship of Part 2 students.
