• BA in Architecture and completed RIBA Part 1 qualification required.
• Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant is advantageous.
• Experience working on residential projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of residential projects from inception to completion.
• Assist with planning applications and technical drawings.
• Undertake site visits and design meetings to ensure compliance.

Job Title: Part 1 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who provide a full architectural service across all building sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Part 1 Architectural Assistant who is looking to kickstart their career and join their Croydon studio.

Duties for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:

• Assist with the delivery of residential projects from inception to completion
• Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
• Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
• undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality compliance is achieved

Requirements for the role Part 1 Architectural Assistant:

• BA in Architecture
• Completed you RIBA Part 1 qualification
• Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant would be advantageous
• Experience with Revit
• Experience working on residential projects from your degree or a relevant role
• Excellent detailing and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently or within a team
• Live within a commutable distance to the Croydon area
