Our team is expanding with several large frameworks and projects across sectors and regions. We are recruiting exceptional Part 1 Architectural Assistants to join our busy design studios. Current projects include:

  • Manchester Oxford Road redevelopment
  • Belfast Children’s Hospital
  • Luton Stadium
  • MoJ & MoD Frameworks

As a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, you will collaborate with senior team members on various projects throughout all design and construction stages. Responsibilities include producing designs, graphics, technical reports, site surveys, and participating in meetings.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assisting in conceptual design and project presentations
  • Supporting design development and feasibility studies
  • Preparing working drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Participating in risk workshops and technical reviews
  • Engaging in various RIBA Stages and project types
Qualifications
  • BA (Hons) degree in Architecture or equivalent, minimum 2:1
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop (preferable), REVIT (essential)
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, ambitious
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently and in teams
  • Report writing skills
