Qualifications

• Full Time: 37 hours a week, Permanent
• Grounds Supervisor role in Bristol City Council’s Parks Service (North Area) managing a team of gardeners and waste operatives.

Responsibilities

• You will support the delivery of daily operations for the Parks Service in the North of the city managing a team of gardeners and waste operatives.
• You will ensure service and contract standards for grounds maintenance, including parks, housing land and highways are achieved.
• You will work to improve access and enjoyment to spaces for local residents and visitors to the city as well as responding to customer and councillor enquiries.
• You will line manage a large team of staff (approx. 25) ensuring they are performance driven working to technical specifications and meeting key performance indicators.
