Essex County Council is recruiting a Parking Services Manager to support Harlow Council in delivering high-quality parking services. The role focuses on on- and off-street car parks, permits, and NEPP contractual management, within a fixed-term 6-month arrangement.

Successful candidates will be based on site four days per week and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure compliant, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.

Qualificações

• Full driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Competent driving skills required.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency including reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage On/Off-Street parking operations, permits and NEPP contracts.
• Oversee car park inspections, revenue reporting and permit administration.
• Ensure health and safety standards and GDPR compliance in car parks.
• Liaise with NEPP to implement TROs and parking schemes.
• Monitor budgets and prepare financial summaries.
