Essex County Council (ECC) is supporting Harlow Council to recruit a temporary Parking Services Manager. The role manages car parks, permits and external NEPP operations, with duties including inspections, revenue reporting, TROs, and contract management.

The post is on-site four days a week and pays £15.00 PAYE / £19.21 Umbrella per hour. Essential experience includes leading day-to-day parking services, maintaining compliance with parking and moving traffic legislation, and strong reporting

Qualificações

Full driving licence required.
Competent driving skills.
Computer literate to create reports and spreadsheets (MS Office).
Knowledge in the use of Chipside, Flowbird, MiPermit or other software packages.
Comprehensive knowledge of parking enforcement and moving traffic offence legislation.
Significant experience in running day-to-day parking service operations.

Responsabilidades

Manage car parks, permits and external operations with NEPP.
Oversee car park inspections, revenue reporting and permit management.
Contract management for Off Street car parks with NEPP.
Publish Off Street TROs and support high-quality parking services for the public.
Coordinate with NEPP to implement TROs and agreements.
Monitor budgets and produce financial reports for the Operations Manager.
