Job summary

Harrison Leisure is seeking a Park Warden, Grounds and Maintenance Team Member to help ensure a safe, well-presented park experience. You’ll engage guests, patrol for safety, and perform routine maintenance across holiday homes and facilities.

Role involves landscaping, utility checks, and maintaining cleanliness. A proactive, hands-on attitude with customer service focus is essential for delivering high standards in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly, visible presence around the park offering help to guests and owners
• Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Carry out regular patrols to keep park safe and well-presented
• Support enforcement of park guidelines professionally
• Respond to incidents and queries calmly
• Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and inspections of holiday homes and facilities
• Maintain public facilities including communal areas and amenities
• Inspect utility systems (water, gas, electrical)
• Perform landscaping duties (mowing, edging, planting)
• Monitor weeds and assist with site enhancements
• Prepare pitches to a high standard for guest arrivals
• Support waste collection and safe disposal of materials
• Deliver and exchange gas bottles as needed
• Inspect outdoor amenities and report defects promptly
• Spot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
• Keep records of patrols and work
• Share updates across team to ensure smooth operations
