Job summary

The Diocese of Carlisle is seeking a Giving Advisor to work with parishes across the whole diocese to help facilitate growth in generosity and giving. Based at Church House, Penrith, Cumbria, the role is funded through the National Giving Strategy until the end of 2028 with additional support and resources.

Salary £31,795 FTE plus 15% pension; closing date 24 November 9am; interviews 2 December 2026. Specific fundraising experience is not required; we welcome transferable skills and a passion
