Job summary

Carlisle Diocese is seeking a Giving Advisor to join our Head of Local Ministry Finance & Stewardship and wider Diocesan team to work with parishes across the Diocese to help facilitate growth in generosity and giving. Salary £31,795 FTE plus 15% non-contributory pension.

Qualifications

• Passion for the role and transferable skills are essential.
• Experience in fundraising or church context is not required.
• Ability to work across parishes across the Diocese of Carlisle.

Responsibilities

• Support parishes across the Diocese to growth in generosity and giving.
• Collaborate with the Head of Local Ministry Finance & Stewardship and team.
• Participate in training and networks funded by national strategy.
