Job summary

Mill Lane Primary School is seeking a dedicated Parent Support Advisor (PSA) to join our friendly team. The role focuses on safeguarding pupil wellbeing, supporting parents of children with early social, emotional or attendance concerns, and providing information or referrals to local services.

The PSA will convey the voice of the child to parents and staff and maintain strong liaison with outside agencies.

Qualifications

• Passionate about pupil well-being.
• Supportive of parents with social, emotional, health or attendance issues.
• Able to provide impartial information or referrals to parents about the school and local services.
• Able to convey the voice of the child to parents and school staff.
• Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and recording skills.
• Able to liaise with outside agencies and attend meetings.
