Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Leeds is hiring for a full-time driver-based role, 38 hours per week with overtime opportunities. Starting salary is £25,201 with progression to £27,561 after 6 months and potential earnings up to £30,000 per year.

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What We’re Looking For

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation
