Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Hatfield is seeking a driver to deliver parcels across local routes. The role is 38 hours a week with overtime opportunities, starting with a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday schedule from 09:00 to 19:00.

You will sort parcels, plan routes, perform vehicle checks and deliver to homes and businesses with a focus on reliability and friendly service. Starting pay is £25,201 per year with progression to £27,561 after 6 months and potential to reach up to £30,000

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) with up to 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused individuals required.

• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)

What We’re Looking For

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
