Parcelforce Worldwide in Crawley is seeking a delivery driver to sort parcels, plan routes and deliver to homes and businesses. You will perform vehicle safety checks and provide a friendly, dependable service while working a 38-hour week with overtime opportunities.

Eligibility includes a full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) and the ability to lift up to 30kg. Benefits include pension, holiday allowance, medical cover, uniform and My Bundle+ offers.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday-Friday (10:24-20:00)
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Camino Park, Crawley, RH10 9ZX

Why this role pays off:

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:
  • o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  • o Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What you’ll be doing

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail

What we’re looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
