Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is hiring a delivery driver in Crawley to sort parcels, plan efficient routes and deliver to homes and businesses. You will perform vehicle safety checks and provide a friendly, reliable service as part of a dedicated team.

The role offers a starting salary with progression after 6 months, overtime, weekend premiums, and benefits including pension, holidays, and medical cover. A stable, long-term position in a growing organisation is available.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. We have various shift patterns including: Tuesday to Saturday, Wednesday to Sunday & Monday, Wednesday to Saturday which will be discussed at interview.
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Gatwick, Camino Park, Crawley, RH10 9ZX

Why this role pays off:

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
