Role Overview

Employed Driver - Newton Abbot and Surrounding areas (TQ12)

• 08:00 - 19:30
• Working 4 out of 7 days on a 3 week rota basis
• Sunday working when required (Peak periods) 4 weeks' notice given if working a Sunday.
• 1 Full weekend off every 3 weeks
• 6 month contract with a view of being extended/made permanent

What you'll be doing

Our drivers do more than deliver parcels, they brighten people's days all over the UK, week in, week out. As part of our team, you'll work on a rota across four to five days. Each day, you'll load up your van with fresh parcels before delivering them across a dedicated postcode.

You'll make sure that every parcel, and your 3.5-tonne van, is kept in perfect condition. And as you'll be out there, meeting and talking to our customers, we'll rely on you to be the friendly face of the business. Always friendly and always smiling.

When you start, we'll give you a solid induction to get you up to speed on how we do things and we'll be right behind you, offering support whenever you need it

Although delivery experience is a bonus, it's not all that we're looking for. We're more interested in your enthusiasm, personality and willingness to go the extra mile
