Job summary

Royal Mail are seeking Delivery Drivers to distribute parcels and letters in the local community. The role involves delivering on a route, driving and/or walking, and maintaining high service standards with friendly customer service.

The position is temporary, with a minimum of 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday. Shift times are 14:00 to 20:00, offering a basic pay rate of £13.69 per hour and the opportunity to join a trusted national postal network.

• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels and letters quickly and efficiently along a dedicated route.
• Drive and/or walk as required to complete deliveries.
• Sort mail/parcels at the delivery office as needed.

Other duties may also include sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office.
