Job summary

Financial Divisions in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Paraplanning Manager to lead its technical team and drive operational excellence. You will mentor paraplanners, improve processes and deliver exceptional client service while preparing for strategic leadership and a future Directorship.

Reporting to the MD, you will shape paraplanning, administration and broader business direction, with a clear pathway toward board-level responsibilities as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is required.
• Strong background in Financial Planning or Wealth Management.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or managing paraplanners.
• Excellent technical knowledge and organisational skills.
• Natural leadership qualities with ambition to progress into senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paraplanning and administration function and coach the technical team.
• Improve processes and drive exceptional service delivery.
• Work with advisers to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational initiatives.
• Progress towards board-level responsibility and Directorship.
