Recruit UK in Bristol (Hybrid) is recruiting a Paraplanning Manager for a Wealth Management client. You will head the paraplanning team across South Wales and the South West, coach staff, and oversee workload while driving quality. The role offers a salary up to £65,000, discretionary bonus, 25 days’ leave, private medical insurance and an 8% pension, with a remote element and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Level 4 diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Strong paraplanning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach the paraplanning team.
• Conduct 121's, provide training and support in growing the team.

Our client is a well renowned Wealth Management firm who specialises in independent advice across investments, pensions, retirement planning, protection and more. As their client base and adviser team continues to grow, they are looking for someone to head up the management of the paraplanning team across South Wales and the South West.
