BWD Search & Selection is partnering with a renowned wealth management business to appoint an experienced Paraplanning Manager who will lead a growing paraplanning function and work closely with advisers on high-net-worth portfolios.

The role focuses on people development, process improvement and contributing to wider business strategy, while staying hands-on with technical financial planning and ensuring high standards of client service.

Qualifications

Strong paraplanning background in wealth management.
Experience mentoring or developing paraplanners.
Excellent technical knowledge of financial planning and advice processes.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Interest in people development and driving positive change.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop a team of paraplanners, providing ongoing support, guidance and mentorship.
Support the technical and professional development of team members.
Oversee daily workflow, ensuring work is allocated effectively and completed to a high standard.
Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, compliance and client service.
Review and improve paraplanning processes to increase efficiency and consistency across the team.
Contribute to the wider strategy and development of the paraplanning function.
