Job summary

Wise Investment is seeking a Paraplanning Manager/Paraplanner for a hybrid role in Chipping Norton. The successful candidate will oversee a small paraplanning team while performing paraplanning duties, reporting to senior management, and contributing to business strategy.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience managing a team, and thorough knowledge of investments and financial services regulation. Office hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a financial services or wealth-management setting.
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and financial services regulation.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficient report writing and client communications.
• Good numeracy skills and ability to perform financial analysis.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and data gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead paraplanning activities and manage a team of paraplanners.
• Oversee paraplanning duties including client analysis, research and report writing.
• Attend client meetings and assist with reviews as needed.
• Coordinate with financial planners, administrators and other team members.
