Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager / Paraplanner in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. This hybrid role combines hands-on paraplanning with line management of a small paraplanning team to support Financial Planners and the wider business.

We are looking for a Diploma-qualified paraplanner with at least 5 years' paraplanning experience, strong investments and pensions knowledge, and excellent report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' paraplanning experience.
• Diploma qualified or equivalent.
• Previous experience managing paraplanning team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client circumstances, objectives and risk profiles.
• Research and analyse clients' financial arrangements.
• Prepare recommendations, suitability reports and client documents.
• Assist with client reviews and attend meetings when required.
• Line manage paraplanners and allocate workload.
• Ensure compliance and quality assurance across the team.
