mbf in London is seeking an experienced Head of Paraplanning to lead and further develop the established Paraplanning function. Reporting directly to the Head of Private Clients, this senior appointment will sit at Associate Director or Director level, with responsibility for managing, motivating and developing an established team of 17+ Paraplanning professionals.

Qualificações

• Proven people leadership experience within financial planning or wealth management.
• Experience managing and developing professional Paraplanning or related teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Paraplanning function.
• Manage and develop an established team of 17+ professionals.
• Establish performance objectives, development plans and career pathways.
• Review processes and improve efficiency, capacity planning and service delivery.
• Lead recruitment, succession planning and ongoing team development.
• Collaborate with Wealth Managers, Directors and Operations teams.
