This hands-on role involves managing the day-to-day workload, overseeing client servicing, and serving as the main link between our financial planners and the support team.

You will bring solid paraplanning knowledge to lead, check and coach the team with confidence, ensuring high standards across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services administration or paraplanning (pensions, investments, protection, mortgages).
• Previous experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong organisational skills and a calm head under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin and paraplanning team and oversee day-to-day workload.
• Oversee client servicing and act as the main link between financial planners and the support team.
• Coach and check the team’s work to ensure high standards and consistency.
