Financial Divisions in the Essex area is seeking an experienced Level 4-qualified Paraplanner to progress towards Financial Adviser or Paraplanner Manager. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home after probation) with full study support and a strong focus on career progression.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma-qualified paraplanner with experience in IFA/financial planning environment.
• Strong technical paraplanning experience and report-writing skills.
• Confident communicating with advisers, providers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and produce comprehensive meeting notes.
• Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports.
• Conduct product, pension and investment research and cashflow modelling.
• Prepare client review documentation and liaise with providers.
