Job summary

Financial Divisions in Colchester is seeking a Junior Paraplanner to join a high-performing team with a clear pathway to Paraplanner Manager. You will attend client meetings, draft detailed suitability reports, conduct investment research, build cashflow models, and support complex financial planning in a hybrid role offering full study support and excellent benefits.

Level 4 Diploma (or progressing towards Chartered) and experience in a Paraplanning or technical role within an IFA are required,

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (or progressing towards Chartered).
• Experience in a Paraplanning or technical role within an IFA.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Exposure to pensions, drawdown, or holistic financial planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and record comprehensive notes.
• Draft detailed, compliant suitability reports.
• Conduct product and investment research.
• Build cashflow models and support complex planning.
• Liaise with providers and manage review prep.
• Play a key role in ensuring a seamless client journey.
