The successful candidate will focus on pensions and complex advice, review fact finds, and ensure high technical standards. Salary £50,000–£55,000 with benefits and flexible office attendance in Farnborough.

Qualifications

• Essential: Diploma in Financial Planning Level 4 or equivalent.
• Essential: Strong paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Essential: Experience with pensions, including defined benefit schemes.
• Proven mentoring, developing or overseeing paraplanners.
• Desirable: Chartered status or working towards additional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Split role: ~60% leadership and 40% paraplanning.
• Oversee workloads, pipelines and quality standards.
• Mentor Trainee and Junior Paraplanners and review fact finds.
• Carry out paraplanning duties: detailed research and draft suitability reports.
