Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment are recruiting for a Paraplanner role in Fareham, Hampshire. Hybrid or home-based working options are on offer, with a salary of £38,000–£45,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

You will support advisers through the full financial planning process, from client reviews to suitability reports and cashflow modelling. The ideal candidate will hold Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or be working towards it) and have experience in paraplanning within an IFA or

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Experience in a Paraplanning, Technical Support or Financial Planning role within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Good knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and taxation.
• Strong analytical, research and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Genuine interest in continuing professional development.
