Recruit UK is recruiting for a Paraplanning Manager in Cardiff within a Wealth Management firm. The role heads up the paraplanning team across South Wales and the South West, focusing on leadership, training and workload management.

• Level 4 diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Strong paraplanning experience.
• Experience managing a team, either officially or unofficially.

Our client is a well renowned Wealth Management firm who specialises in independent advice across investments, pensions, retirement planning, protection and more. As their client base and adviser team continues to grow, they are looking for someone to head up the management of the paraplanning team across South Wales and the South West.
