Recruit Wealth are delighted to be representing one of the UK's leading Financial Planning and Wealth Management names. This Paraplanner role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, collaborative team and contribute to delivering independent, high‑quality financial advice.

You will work closely with Financial Planners and Administrators, gather and analyse client information, prepare suitability reports, ensure compliance, and support with tax calculations and planning strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a Paraplanning role.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning processes.
• Diploma qualified or very close to being qualified.
• Experience preparing financial suitability reports and conducting research.
• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong client service awareness.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple cases.
• Experienced with financial planning systems and research tools.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Financial Planners to understand client objectives and financial planning needs.
• Assist in gathering and analysing client information to build a complete financial picture.
• Ensure all information obtained is aligned with internal policy.
• Identify planning opportunities and researching appropriate solutions to meet client goals.
• Assist with tax calculations and planning strategies where required.
• Prepare comprehensive financial suitability reports and recommendations for adviser approval.
• Ensure all compliance documentation is complete and accurate prior to presenting advice.
• Prepare supporting documentation and recommendation packs for clients.
• Ensure all signed client authorisations are in place before any transaction is implemented.
