Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is expanding its paraplanning team in the Birmingham region, with roles across Birmingham, Leeds, Carlisle and Exeter. The role focuses on delivering in-depth reports and analysis to Advisers, liaising to determine suitable client recommendations and presenting clear, compliant reports within FCA guidelines.

You will support Financial Advisers and help ensure high-quality paraplanning services while maintaining strong organisational and communication skills, in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Paraplanning experience within a financial planning environment.
• CII QCF Level 4 Diploma or near completion is required.
• Strong report writing and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient with Defaqto Engage, Analytics and X-Plan tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth reports and analysis to Advisers for client recommendations.
• Collaborate with Advisers to tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Present reports in a clear and compliant format for client meetings.
• Ensure reports meet Quilter Cheviot guidelines and FCA regulations.
• Manage workloads to meet tight timescales and quality standards.
• Assist in delivering paraplanning services across the team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning products and platforms.
• Uphold fair treatment of customers in all activities.
